About the work

College admission counseling should be easy, accessible, and affordable.

When I became interested in college admission counseling, I believed then, as I believe now, that no child should be prevented from attending college because of lack of access to high quality college admission counseling. My first work was in schools where access to counseling and essay review was limited, if present at all. My continued work as a volunteer with those who need the help the most fuels my passion for creating pathways for all students to find ways to apply and get to college.

The unbelievable stress on families that the application process creates, the over-reach by well meaning parents, and the belief that only "name brand schools" should populate a list combined with the recent Varsity Blues Scandal lead me to restructure how I provide services.

Each family is charged $750.00 maximum for the length of our relationship with that fee adjustable if families are unable to afford it.

Everyone deserves to live The Accepted Life.
